There are no refunds on preorder items.
We do not allow returns due to defects in the manufacturing process.
We take great care in shipping out our orders, if you receive an item that has damage not caused by the mail carrier please contact us via email at contact@legacycomics.com for exchanges. If exchange is not available we will send a refund.
Please inspect your order and contact us within 48 hours if you received the wrong item or if we sent you a damaged copy that wasn’t stated in the item description.
We refund when items are out of stock when online inventory doesn’t match our actual in stock inventory.
TERMS OF SERVICE & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of legacycomics.com, or any products purchased through this website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You expressly agree that exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this website shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
2. MANDATORY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION
You and Legacy Comics agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the breach thereof, or the purchase of any goods from this website shall be settled exclusively by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS, rather than in a court of law. The arbitration shall take place exclusively in Los Angeles County, California.
3. CLASS ACTION & REPRESENTATIVE ACTION WAIVER
YOU AND LEGACY COMICS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
4. GOOD FAITH PURCHASES & RESTRICTION ON MANUFACTURED CLAIMS
This website is intended solely for bona fide retail consumers purchasing goods for personal use or collection. Any purchase made under a pseudonym, false identity, or orchestrated by a legal professional or advocacy group for the purpose of fabricating statutory or consumer protection claims shall be deemed a material breach of these Terms, voiding any statutory penalties otherwise claimable under out-of-state laws.
