There are no refunds on preorder items.
We do not allow returns due to defects in the manufacturing process.
We take great care in shipping out our orders, if you receive an item that has damage not caused by the mail carrier please contact us via email at email@example.com for exchanges. If exchange is not available we will send a refund.
Please inspect your order and contact us within 48 hours if you received the wrong item or if we sent you a damaged copy that wasn’t stated in the item description.
We refund when items are out of stock when online inventory doesn’t match our actual in stock inventory.
