SAVE 33% OFF YOUR NEW COMICSTHE LEGACY DISCOUNT POLICYThere is no discount on books, games, non-comic magazines, portfolios, apparel, prints, statues, collecting supplies, cards, price guides, videos, posters or any non-comic book item of any form. There is NO MINIMUM ORDER and all orders must use the Previews order from booklet. All orders must be PRE-PAID by the time you turn in the order form. The order form has to be turned in to LEGACY no later than the FOURTH TUESDAY of the month (you can disregard the Previews printed due date) by 2:00 p.m. Any order form turned in after the due date will be subject to a 10% LATE FEE. This order form tells you what is coming out, by all publishers, two months from the date of the Previews. Your order will be pulled for you as they arrive each week (usually by Wednesday) and will be held for you behind the counter, under your name. If your order is not picked up by six (6) months from the date of arrival, we reserve the right to keep your order and your payment on that order will be forfeit. Any items ordered that are canceled by the publisher will be refunded by credit only. Notifications of any cancellations and time of credit is solely your responsibility. Any allocated items are distributed on a first ordered, first served basis. We reserve the right to cancel any allocated order. Any order form errors made by Previews or by employees of Legacy, that are deemed not paid on any item or items, will be withheld until full payment of said item or items are received by Legacy. We hope you will order from us, despite the aforementioned rules, it is very simple to use, and on top of having your books pulled for you in advance, you get a very large discount on them.
